Delivery Options

  • [From China] Standard: 19 to 39 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) Standard shipping from China will be sea transportation which will take approximately 40-60 days / 19-39 business days.  VAT and Taxes will not be paid for with sea transportation.  Air transportation is available, but not recommended due to high, increased shipping cost and VAT and Tax fees that will be applied once your merchandise arrives. Please contact us directly via direct message, email or phone support should you have any questions.

Where We Ship From

Our central logistics hub is in China and Chicago, IL — from there, we ship all our merchandise internationally. The shipping partners used are USPS, DHL International, UPS Ground & International and FedEx Ground & International. We will provide you with tracking and the shipping carrier after processing your order!


Order Processing Times

Standard — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12:30 pm PST will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our 1:30 pm PST cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

* All orders are subject to availability and payment. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.


Delivery Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses; please provide a physical delivery address for shipping. We can also ship to you local FedEx and UPS store.  Please contact us should you have any questions! 


Delivery To Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Josh @ Customer Care (josh@sonidolive.com) for assistance and he'll be happy to help you out.


Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track the progress of your shipment. 

You can also track your order in your order history once you've created an account. Just log into your account using your e-mail, then click on your order number in your order history.


Refused Delivery

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and call Customer Care or email Josh @ Customer Care at josh@sonidolive.com so we can assist you with your order.


Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
